T. Road (South), Howrah711101. Learned advocate appearing for Howrah Municipal Corporation submits that already a selfdemolition order has been issued and necessary steps have been taken to execute the demolition order. In view of the aforesaid, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition. It is desirable that the Corporation shall take expeditious steps to execute the demolition order as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from date.

Accordingly, WPA 5949 of 2024 is disposed of.
