2. The order is an interlocutory one.

3. The grievance canvassed in the petition may be agitated before the Court who granted interim bail.

4. Petitioner is given leave to pray for cancellation of bail before the learned magistrate and in the event the application is filed the same shall be disposed of as expeditiously as possible not later than 60 days from date of filing of the application after notifying the opposite party no. 2/ accused herein.

5. We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion with regard to the merits of case.
