This writ application has been filed by the petitioner for joining the post of a teacher where she joined initially in 2002 and worked till 2007. Her allegation is that when she went to join the school in the year 2007, 2008 and also 2020 as appears from prayer (b) she was not allowed to join.

It is not understood what she was doing for such a long period when she last attended the school in 2007 i.e. 14 years back. I do not find any merit in this writ application. This writ application is dismissed. The petitioner has added the West Bengal Central School Service Commission as party respondent nos. 2

and 3. The West Bengal Central School Service Commission has no role to play in this matter and the names of the respondent nos. 2 and 3 be deleted from the array of the respondents.

The department is directed to delete those two respondents.
