1. As prayed for, leave is granted to the learned advocate 17.03.2026 Court No. 06 D/L.

Item no.22 Rakib appearing for the petitioner to correct the Cause Title of the revisional application by adding the other defendants in the suit as parties in the revisional application.

2. This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of a suit for partition being Title Suit no. 1128 of 2019 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 6th Court, Alipore, South 24 Parganas.

3. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the suit for partition has been pending since 2019 and the petitioner has been suffering an order of injunction.

4. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed, no direction for prior service of copy of the application along with notice upon the opposite parties is being made, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional along with copy of this order on the opposite parties within a week from date.

5. Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and having perused the materials on record this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 6th Court, Alipore, South 24 Parganas to dispose of Title Suit no. 1128 of 2019 as expeditiously as the business of the learned Court would permit, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.

6. With the above observations, CO 849 of 2026 stands disposed of.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
