Counsel, however, prays for a direction that the petitioner's application pending before the DRT-II be disposed of within a reasonable period of time.

Since the subject matter of the writ petition has been withdrawn, nothing further remains to be decided. WPA 5714 of 2023 is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

The parties shall be at liberty to mention the pending application of the petitioner before any other Bench of the DRT including the DRT-I for expeditious disposal of the same.

It is expected that the concerned Bench before which the matter is mentioned shall take necessary steps in that regard.

It is made clear that this order shall not prevent the petitioner from taking steps in accordance with the procedure under The SARFAESI Act, 2002 and the Rules framed thereunder for applying before the DRAT for transfer of the pending application to another Bench. (Moushumi Bhattacharya, J.)
