In Re: Bellal Hossain and others ... appellants (in jail) None is appearing on behalf of the appellants. On the last occasion also no one was there to represent the appellants. Under such circumstances, I am inclined to appoint as amicus curiae Ms. Priyanka Sarkar, learned advocate attached to this Hon'ble court to assist in this matter for adjudicating the appeal.

Office report suggests that the paper books are lying ready with the department. The department is directed to make over a copy of the paper book to Ms. Priyanka Sarkar. Ms. Sarkar is directed to collect the paper book from the department.
