1. This is an application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure filed by the petitioner to quash the proceeding pending before the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Kolkata. The matter appeared before this Court on several occasions and lastly it was published in the list on 13.03.2025 when none appeared for the petitioner and entire fact was narrated in the order sheet by this Court.

2. Today none appeared for the petitioner.

3. In view of long pendency of the matter, this Court finds no reason to keep the matter pending. Hence, the criminal revisional application is dismissed for default.
