In a suo motu police compliant, co-villagers also implicate the petitioners before us in using and possessing crude bombs. Remittance of crude bombs as well as live crude bombs were seized from the place of occurrence.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 774 of 2024 is dismissed.
