1. None for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appears for the State and learned counsel appears for the Kolkata Municipal Corporation.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is in relation to an alleged illegal construction over Premises No.15/2, Ibrahim Road, District - South 24 Parganas, West Bengal, Kolkata - 700023.

4. It is seen that petitioner has preferred a representation regarding the present grievance on 29.1.2023 (annexure P-1).

5. However, nobody represented the petitioner to apprise us about the present status of the property.

6. In this backdrop as agreed by learned counsel for the Municipal Corporation, we deem it proper to dispose of this PIL with following directions:

a) If petitioner is still aggrieved by selfsame grievance, he may file a fresh comprehensive representation before respondent no.5 along with copy of this order.

b) In that event, respondent no.5 shall consider and decide the representation in accordance with law within 90 days therefrom (if not already decided). c) It will be open for the concerned authorities to take a decision by hearing the parties concerned in accordance with law.

d) The outcome shall be communicated to the petitioner.

7. With the aforesaid, this PIL is disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.
