Mr. Subhabrata Chowdhury, learned advocate claiming to be appearing for the petitioner on virtual mode submits today that he has no instruction on the writ petition and he has no knowledge as to why this writ petition appears today in the list.

However, the petitioner, Sk. Abdul Khalek is present in Court today and appears in-person. He submits a letter signed as claimed by him dated June 24, 2024 addressing to the learned Registrar General informing that he wants to withdraw this writ petition

and not to proceed with it any further. The said written instruction is kept on record.

Mr. Rajarshi Basu, learned advocate appears for the State-respondents.

In view of the above, this writ petition WPA 6031 of 2024 stands dismissed as withdrawn.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
