For the WBSEDCL The grievance of the petitioner is directed against the refusal of the respondent Distribution Company to provide a separate industrial connection to the premises of the petitioner. Pursuant to an earlier order of the Court the respondent Distribution Company and the Municipality had conducted an inspection at the said premises. The said inspection report is kept with the records.

The petitioner submits that his submissions have not been recorded in the inspection report.

In view of the disputes raised by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to make an appropriate application before the concerned District Magistrate within a period of two weeks from date. The concerned District Magistrate is directed to consider and dispose of the said application within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of his representation. The District Magistrate is also directed to give a right of hearing to all the affected parties and pass a reasoned order.

With the aforesaid directions, W.P.A. 6473 of 2021 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
