It is submitted that the respondents, with an ulterior motive, failed to publish the election schedule, leaving the petitioners entirely unaware of the proceedings. However, the election schedule has been presented to this Court by the Cooperative Election Commission.

It appears that the draft voter list was published on February 12, 2025, and after considering the objections, the final voter list was published on

February 26, 2025. The election is scheduled to take place the day after tomorrow.

I am of the opinion that there is no scope for adjudicating the disputed facts as presented by the petitioners in this writ petition. Therefore, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition. This order, however, does not preclude the petitioners from raising an election dispute before the Cooperative Election Commission.

Accordingly, WPA 5632 of 2025 is dismissed.
