Learned advocates for the respective parties submit that the machineries supplied by the petitioners have already been inspected by the concerned authorities.

By an order dated March 1, 2026, the railway authorities have delisted the name of the petitioners from the approved list of the vendors for supply and manufacturing of Rail Pads. Now the authorities have already conducted the inspection and the concerned authorities have to take decision for recalling of the order dated March 1, 2026 and to list the name of the petitioner as an approved vendor for supply and manufacturing of Raid Pads.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 6 or the competent authority to consider the inspection report and to pass appropriate order within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order for approval of the name of the petitioner as an approved vendor for supply and manufacturing of Rail Pads.

WPA 5783 of 2026 is disposed of.
