Mr. Ahmed, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the victim girl has already been recovered and her statement has been recorded under Section 164 of the Code. Let the report, as submitted, be kept on record.

Considering the fact that the victim girl, who is major, has been recovered and her statement has been recorded under Section 164 of the Code, we are of the opinion that no further order is required to be passed in the present habeas corpus petition and the same is accordingly, disposed of.
