This revisional application has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of Money Suit No. 2638 of 2015, pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 4th Court, Alipore, South 24Parganas. It appears that although the suit was filed in 2015, no issues have been framed as yet.

Under such circumstances, this court is of the opinion that justice would be subserved if the learned court below is directed to dispose of the Money Suit No. 2638 of 2015 within a period of one year from the next date fixed without giving any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. This court has not gone into the merits of the claims of the petitioner and the learned court below shall proceed in accordance with law and independently.

Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application along with the server copy of

this order upon the opposite party within a week from date.

The revisional application is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible subject to compliance of all usual formalities.
