This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for expeditious disposal of Title Appeal No. 33 of 2018 pending before the learned Additional Distirct Judge, 1st Court, Paschim Medinipore.

Certified copy of the order passed by the learned Judge, I find on several occasions learned Judge adjourned the hearing of the appeal and in the month of January, 2020 leanred Judge heard the appeal in part but till date appeal has not been disposed of.

Considering the nature of the prayer, I do not find any reason to ask the learned advocate on behalf of the petitioner to serve notice upon the opposite parties.

Service upon the opposite parties is thus dispensed with.

Learned Additional District Judge, 1st Court, Paschim Medinipore is requested to dispose of the Title Appeal No. 33 of 2018 preferably within three month from the date of receipt of this order, without giving any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties save and except extreme urgency.

Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the Learned Additional District Judge, 1st Court, Paschim Medinipore.

With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.

All the parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official web site of this Court.
