Petitioners stand implicated in causing grievous hurt to the injured as well as ransacking a government hospital. Enlarging the petitioners on anticipatory bail could send a wrong signal to the society.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 781 of 2024 is dismissed.
