The petitioner has filed the instant writ petition against the non-action of the police authority in spite of registration of FIR against the private respondents for the offences under Sections 328/325/307 of the IPC. Mr. Lal Mohan Basu learned advocate appearing for the State has filed report and it reveals that as per the complaint made by the petitioner an FIR has been registered and after initiation of the case investigation has been carried out and during the investigation sufficient evidences were accumulated against the accused persons and accordingly, the police have submitted charge-sheet against the accused persons vide Amdanga PS CS No.93 of 2022 dated 26th May 2022 under Sections 341/325/506/34 of the IPC. The report submitted by the counsel for the State be kept with the record and the same is also served to the counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above, there is nothing remains in the writ application.

WPA 5370 of 2022 is disposed of.
