AGP Ms. Ashima Das (Sil) ... for the State respondent(s) The petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that in spite of the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), 1st Court, Paschim Medinipur passed the order of status quo in respect of possession, nature and character of the scheduled suit property, the police authorities have not complied with such order.

The learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. The report reflects that Kharagpur (L) P.S. Case No.

390 of 2024 dated 13.05.2024 has been registered for investigation and, in the said case after completion of investigation, charge-sheet has already been submitted before the learned jurisdictional court under the relevant provisions of IPC.

Having considered the plight expressed by the petitioners, I am of the view that the same has been addressed by the police authorities. So far as the other issues are concerned, the petitioners would be at liberty to approach the learned civil court, which is already in seisin of the issues.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 6053 of 2024 is disposed of.

Affidavit of service so filed be kept with the record.
