Petitioner has restricted his prayer for maintaining breach of the peace and tranquility. In view of the criminal cases having been registered being Ramnagar P.S. Case No.1 of 2025 dated 03.01.2025 and subsequently proceedings have been drawn up under Section 126 of BNSS, I direct that the Officer-in-Charge, Ramnagar Police Station would in the circumstance continue to keep his surveillance and ensure that no breach of the peace and/or tranquility and/or any untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 5648 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
