1. This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of 17.03.2026 Court No. 06 D/L.

Item no.23 Rakib a partition suit being Title Suit no. 8 of 1992 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court, Baruipur, South 24 Parganas.

2. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner invites the attention of this Court to an order dated July 7, 2015 passed in CO 2294 of 2015 whereby a Coordinate Bench of this Court had requested the learned Trial Court to make efforts to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six months from the date of communication of the said order.

3. It is submitted that despite the aforesaid order, the suit has not made any substantial progress.

4. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed, no direction for prior service of copy of the application along with notice upon the opposite parties is being made, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional along with copy

of this order on the opposite parties within a week from date.

5. Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and having considered the materials on record this Court requests the learned trial Court to pay due respect to the request made by the Court by the order dated July 7, 2015 while disposing of CO 2294 of 2015 and to endeavour to dispose of the suit as well as any interlocutory application in connection therewith as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties so as to ensure that the petitioner does not have to travel to this Court again with a similar prayer seeking expeditious disposal of the said partition suit or any of the interlocutory applications filed in connection therewith.

6. With the above observations, CO 850 of 2026 stands disposed of.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
