On 11.10.2023, when the revisional application was taken up, an accommodation was sought for on behalf of the ld. Advocate for the petitioner.

Although, there was a direction to serve a copy of this revisional application upon the ld. Advocate for the o.p., who has entered appearance and the revisional application, thereafter, was listed on 1st of March, 2024, when again a submission was advanced that the order dated 11.10.2023 could not be complied with.

Today, when the revisional application has been called, none represented the petitioner. Although, ld. Advocate for the private opposite parties are present. Having considered the manner in which the petitioner is participating in the proceedings, I am of the opinion that there is no persuasion of the petitioner in respect of the present revisional application.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 875 of 2023 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is also dismissed. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
