Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that an application has been made by the petitioner on 27th of January, 2021 for sanction and release of gratuity and terminal benefits and family pension to the petitioner but the Principal, Mahishadal Raj College has not considered the same till date. Learned Counsel appearing for the College submits that a representation has also been made by the motherin-law of the petitioner, who has also claimed family pension.

Learned Counsel appearing for the State is also present.

Heard all the parties.

As the representation made by the petitioner is pending before the Principal, Mahishadal Raj College, the Principal, Mahishdal Raj College is requested to consider the representation of the petitioner as well as the representation made by the mother-in-law of the petitioner, after giving an opportunity of hearing to both the parties by allowing them to produce necessary documents at the time of hearing and thereafter pass a reasoned order within eight weeks from date. The

Principal is also requested to communicate the reasoned order to the necessary parties.

The learned Advocate-on-record of the petitioner is requested to serve a copy of this writ petition along with a copy of this order to the Principal, Mahishadal Raj College, Mahishadal.

I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the case, all the points are kept open for necessary decision by the Principal, Mahishadal Raj College, Mahishadal.

Since no affidavits have been invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted by the respondents.

There will be no order as to costs.
