Ms. Snigdha Saha .....for the petitioners Mr. Sayak Ranjan Ganguly Ms. Srijani Ghosh ....for the respondent Nos. 1,3 and 4 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the writ petition may be disposed of by directing the petitioners to take due steps under Section 17-A(2) of The Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, 1993 whereby the Chairperson of the Appellate Tribunal having jurisdiction over the Tribunals may on the application of any of the parties or on his own motion after notice to the parties and after hearing them, transfer any case from one Tribunal for disposal to any other Tribunal.

WPA 5740 of 2023 is accordingly disposed of.

The interim order, if any, stands vacated.
