No one appears on behalf of the petitioner when the matter is called on for hearing.

On the last few occasions, i.e. on 07.04.2011, 24.09.2021, 27.09.2021 and 04.10.2021 when the matter was called on for hearing, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner or prayed for any adjournment. It appears that this is a revisional application of 2011 by which a direction was prayed for an expeditious disposal of trial. But, it seems that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter.

For all practical purposes, the revisional application has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the revisional application is dismissed as infructuous.
