The petitioner is aggrieved by the excesses which are being inflicted upon him by the private respondents, wherein, a brick field is the subject-matter. There are many transactions involved in the agreement in respect of the said brick field.

The records of the case reflect that the petitioner has already approached the learned Civil Court, wherein, the

learned Civil Court was pleased to pass certain directions in connection with Suit No. 115 of 2025.

Since the learned Civil Court is already in seisin of the issues, the petitioner's grievance in respect of nature, character and transfer of the property would be addressed by the Civil Court.

So far as the police authorities are concerned, they would only ensure that there is no breach of the peace and/or tranquility takes place as also no untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 5708 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Since affidavits have not been invited, the other allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been

admitted.
