1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. The alleged contemnor is not represented and has refused the notice of contempt application.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that while it is true that FIR No. 311 of 2019 was registered by the Liluah Police Station on 4th December, 2019 and an F.R.T. has been filed in the year 2021. The submission on behalf of the private respondents that charge sheet has been filed as recorded in the order dated 9th November, 2022 appears to be incorrect and misleading.

4. Be that as it may, the petitioner may take steps in accordance with law against the final report filed by the police in respect of the subject FIR.

5. With the aforesaid observations, CPAN 310 of 2023 shall stand disposed of.

6. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

7. There shall be no order as to costs.

8. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
