Mr. Raj Kumar Sain, leaned advocate for the petitioners submits that the Government plot number at page 3 in the 12th line of the order dated 26th April, 2024 has been wrongly mentioned as "Government Plot No. 171" instead of "Government Plot No. 170". He also submits that at the same page in the same line, Khatian No. 6093/6094 should be deleted. He seeks for necessary correction.

Inadvertent typographical error has been crept into the order dated 26th April, 2024 at page 3 in the 12th line mentioning the Government plot number as "Government Plot No. 171" instead of "Government Plot No. 170". The Government plot number in the aforesaid order be read as "Government Plot No. 170" instead of "Government Plot No. 171" .The Khatian No. 6093/6094 mentioned at the same page in the same line be deleted.

The order dated 26th April, 2024 is modified to be above extent.

Other portions of the aforesaid order shall remain unaltered.
