Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that during pendency of this application, a charge sheet has been submitted. The petitioners would not like to press this application challenging the FIR and would instead file a proper application challenging the entire proceeding. A written instruction to that effect, as filed in Court, is taken on record.

On the prayer of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioners from filing an application afresh on the selfsame grounds challenging the entire proceeding.
