Mr. Swapan Banerjee, AGP, Mr. Soumen Chatterjee ...for the State The writ petition was listed on 25.03.2025 when 28.08.2025 Court No. 35 M/L. No.441 Rakib none appeared for the petitioner. Today when the writ petition has been called none represented neither any accommodation has been sought for.

Mr. Banerjee, learned Additional Government Pleader submits that on conclusion of investigation charge-sheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional Court.

Having considered that charge-sheet has already been submitted, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the conclusion arrived at in the charge-sheet by the investigating officer, petitioner would ventilate her grievance before the jurisdictional Court.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 5710 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.
