This application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for transfer of Title Suit No. 228 of 2022 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Tehatta, Nadia to the court of the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Krishnanagar, Nadia.

In the said application it has been stated that the opposite parties rushed to the petitioner no.2 for purpose of assaulting him.

Considering the nature of the allegations and the fact that the petitioner seeks transfer from one court to another situated within the District of Nadia, C.O. 887 of 2025 is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to file an application before the learned District Judge, Nadia on the self-same cause of action.

If such an application is filed, the learned District Judge, Nadia is requested to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.

No order as to costs.
