This is a contempt application under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India filed by the petitioners on 26th March, 2002 seeking punishment of the alleged contemnors for violation of the order dated 4th September, 2000 passed by this court in W.P. No. 14075(W) of 2000.

Since filing of the application none appeared for the petitioners to press the application.

I feel that the petitioners are no longer interested to proceed with the application.

Accordingly, the contempt application is dismissed for non appearance of the petitioners. (Rabindranath Samanta, J.)
