The subject-matter of the revisional application relates to warrant of arrest being issued in the year 2022. Having considered the time period which has elapsed and the factum that the revisional application was preferred only for the purposes of challenging the warrant of arrest and there has been no persuasion in respect of the present revisional application, I am of the opinion that further pendency of the present revisional application before this Court is unwarranted.

Accordingly, CRR 877 of 2023 along with CRAN 1 of 2023 is dismissed.
