1. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that construction of ICDS building is put up on the cremation ground. Learned advocate for the respondent/State submitted that the land in question, which has got the dag no.208, has two sub-divisions, namely 1147 and 1148 in the revenue records. The sub-division 1147 is classified as 'danga' land and the sub-division 1148 is classified as 'bhagar' land. The construction put up is in sub-division 1147. In any event the building for ICDS is also in public interest. Therefore, we are not inclined to interfere with the said construction.

2. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is dismissed.
