1. Affidavit of opposition and affidavit in reply, filed in Court today, be kept with the records.

2. Learned Advocate for the petitioner says that after we passed the order dated May 15, 2026, the respondent has been complying with the order, violation of which is alleged in this contempt application.

3. Learned Advocate for the respondent says that the child even celebrated Father's Day with the respondent.

4. We are happy to note that the order in question is being complied with by the respondent. We make it clear that such compliance should continue till further order of a competent forum.

5. Needless to say that if the respondent again fails to comply or stops complying with the order in question, the petitioner will be at liberty to

approach the competent Court. We also clarify that it is only the petitioner who will go to the concerned lawyer's chamber to meet the child.

6. The Rule stands discharged.

7. The contempt proceeding is dropped.
