It appears from the annexures to the petition that the petitioner has complied with the condition to meet the Investigating Officer once in a week until further orders. The condition of anticipatory bail imposed upon the petitioner to meet the Investigating Officer once in a week is modified and he is directed to meet the Investigating officer as and when required.

Petitioner shall appear before the trial court on every date of hearing and shall not intimidate the witnesses or tamper with the evidence in any manner whatsoever. Other conditions of anticipatory bail imposed on the petitioner shall, however, continue.

Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2021 is disposed of.
