State of West Bengal & Ors Mr. Pratick Bose .....for the State The revisional application has been preferred in the year 2013 which is for transfer of the proceedings from the Court of the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghatal, Paschim Medinipur to Learned Judicial Magistrate, Hooghly. The subject matter of the case relates to Daspur Police Station case no.113 of 2011 dated 13.10.2011 under Sections 498A/323/34 of the Indian Penal Code of Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Having regard to the fact that the subject matter of challenge relates to an order dated 3.2.2012 which is almost nine years prior from date and there has been no efforts till date, so far as the revisional application is concerned as the same is yet to be admitted, I am of the opinion that no interference is called for at this belated stage.

Mr. Pratick Bose, learned advocate was directed to represent the State. His appointment may be regularised by the concerned authority.

With the aforesaid observations CRR 423 of 2013 is dismissed.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
