State of West Bengal Mr. Saryati Datta .....for the State The records of the revisional application reflects that by an order dated 13.1.2015 a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court was pleased to vacate the interim order, if any, as for continuous period none represented the petitioner.

The subject matter of the case relates to session trial No.11 of 2008 and the challenge is in respect of order dated 27.9.2012 passed in connection with Raghunathpur Police Station case no. 75 of 1998 dated 1.11.1998.

Having regard to the time period which has elapsed in the mean time, I am of the opinion that no interference is called for. As none appears for the State Mr. Saryati Datta, learned advocate who ordinarily appears for the State, is directed to appear in this matter and represent the State. His appointment may be regularised by the concerned authority.

In view of the observations made above, the revisional application being CRR 424 of 2013 is dismissed. All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
