The Officer-in-Charge, Golf Green Police Station, Kolkata has filed a report dated 5th June, 2023 and the same is taken on record.

It appears that on the complaint of the petitioner FIR being Golf Green Police Station Case No.51 dated 9th March, 2023 was registered and charge sheet was submitted against the petitioner's son Siddhartha Basu and daughter-in-law, Paramita Basu under sections 341, 323, 509, 506,114, 420 of the IPC.

There is prima facie evidence before this Court of misconduct and misbehavior, apart from criminality, of the private respondents, son and daughter-in-law. 4.

Mr. Manjit Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the son continue to use abusive language against the petitioner.

In the event of any further complaint from the petitioner or through learned advocates of the petitioner as regards any further harassment by the son and daughter-inlaw, the Golf Green Police Station shall be entitled to take coercive measures against them and escort the son Siddhartha Basu out of the premises and register further FIR. 6.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
