The petitioner is aggrieved that notwithstanding an order of injunction dated 21st January, 2022 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) 1st Additional Court, Alipore, South 24 Parganas in Title Suit No. 78 of 2022 the private respondents are effecting construction.

The petitioners may obtain appropriate directions on the concerned Police Station to enforce the order of injunction.

The Officer-in-charge, Nodakhali Police Station has filed a report stating that proceedings under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure have been drawn up against the private respondents. The police shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area and strictly comply with any order that may be passed by the Civil Court.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ

petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
