On careful perusal of the said report submitted by the learned Judge, 3rd Special (CBI Designated) Court, Calcutta, it appears that the present case which was registered 40 years back has been fixed for argument since 09.10.2013 and since then the matter is being adjourned on behalf of the parties and also by the Court. Considering the conduct of the parties in the present case and the Court which has been more than liberal in granting adjournments, year after year for 10 years and also considering the said status of the case, as on record, it is directed that the learned Judge, 3rd Special (CBI Designated) Court, Calcutta, and in case the Court is vacant, the learned Judge-in-Charge of the said Court, considering the materials already on record, shall hear the argument on day to day basis and dispose of the case within six months from the date of this order.

Both the prosecution and the defence shall not delay the case any further.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned Judge, 3rd Special (CBI Designated) Court, Calcutta at once, for immediate compliance.

Both the parties to appear before the Trial Court on 09.10.2023.

With the above directions revisional application being CRR 882 of 2023 is disposed of.
