1. Petitioners complain of violation of the judgment and order dated July 4, 2024.

2. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, although, petitioners received a diary number with regard to Special Leave Petition directed against the judgment and order dated July 4, 2024, nonetheless, the appellants are not taking steps in such proceedings.

3. Appellants are also not complying with the judgment and order dated July 4, 2024.

4. Since the contempt petition is appearing for the first time, it would be appropriate to direct the petitioners to serve a copy of the contempt petition upon the alleged contemnors.
