The petitioner does not want to press this revisional application.

Accordingly, CRR No. 699 of 2009 along with CRAN No. 2 of 2010 (Old No. CRAN/1697/2010) and CRAN No. 3 of 2010 (Old No. CRAN/2761/2010) is dismissed as not pressed. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties.
