Affidavit of service filed in Court is taken on record. In spite of service, none appears on behalf of the opposite party nos.2 and 3.

Status report filed on behalf of the State is also taken on record.

This revisional application has been filed assailing the order dated 20th January, 2024 with a prayer for cancelling bail granted to the accused/opposite party nos.2 and 3 herein on the ground that the opposite parties restrained the petitioner and threatened to withdrawn the case on 27th November, 2023 at about 2.00 p.m.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that in support of the allegation of threat, document was produced before the Court.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State has drawn my attention to the order impugned in this revisional

application and submits that no such document was produced before the Court along with the application for cancellation of bail. 6.

After going through the impugned order, I find that the learned Magistrate did not find any supporting document to the effect of allegation made in the application which was also not supported either by any verification or affidavit. 7.

On that score, I find no reason to interfere with the order impugned.

Accordingly, the revisional application stands dismissed being devoid of any merit.

However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file appropriate application in case of any subsequent threat. 10.

Parties are at liberty to bring this order to the notice of the learned Trial Court, forthwith.

All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 12.

Criminal Section is directed to supply certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
