The records of this revisional application reflect that there is no interim order and the revisional application is pending before this Court for more than 12 years. Having regard to the same, I am of the opinion that the revisional application by efflux of time is infructuous. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 701 of 2009 is dismissed as infructuous.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
