Records reflect that Khardah Police Station Case No.97 of 2025 was registered on 25.02.2025 for investigation. The investigating officer is working on the issues. The grievance of the petitioner is with regard to collection of the medical evidence as well as the CCTV footages. The investigating officer will put in efforts to the extent for proceeding towards a watertight case. The police authorities would also try to trace out the driver of the vehicle No.WB-17-0275 by exhausting the process of law.

Petitioner would be at liberty to take out an appropriate application before the learned ACJM, Barrackpore after 45 days relating to the progress of the investigation. The learned Magistrate would in the

said circumstances direct the police authorities to submit a report for informing the de facto complainant a brief outline regarding steps taken as directed above.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 5638 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
