Advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. His appearance may be regularised by the concerned authority. The present revisional application is under Section 407 read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. This revisional application has been preferred for transfer of the case from the Court of the ld. ACJM, Kakdwip to the court of the ld. ACJM, Ranaghat, Nadia. The main thrust of the issue is that the petitioners have to meet his lawyer at Kakdwip and they have been threatened by the associates of the defactocomplainant. The case is under Section 498A and 34 of the IPC. The investigation is concluded and charge-sheet has been submitted before the ld. jurisdictional court. The majority of the charge-sheeted witnesses are from the

jurisdiction concerned. Further, the grounds so assigned do not appeal to this Court as there is no persuasion of making any communication to the officer-in-charge of the Kakdwip P.S.

Henceforth, I direct that, in case, if any untoward incidence happens in that case the petitioners would communicate with the officer-in-charge of Ranaghat P.S. who would inform the officer-in-charge of Kakdwip P.S. for taking steps and giving protection to the petitioners when they attend the Court on the date so fixed.

No interference is made at this stage.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 883 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta.
