Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the representation which was submitted with the Officer-in-Charge of Usthi Police Station was not considered.

As none appears on behalf of the State, Mr.

Subrata Guha Biswas, learned advocate along with Sandipan Maity, learned advocate who ordinarily appear for the State are directed to represent the State. Their appearance may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

I have considered the representation which was advanced by the petitioner by way of speed post. Having considered that such representation was sent on 22.02.2023 and more than two years have passed since then, I direct that if the same inconveniences are faced by the petitioner, petitioner will fill a fresh representation

before the Officer-in-Charge, Usthi Police Station, who on receipt of the same will act in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations WPA 5782 of 2023 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
