Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is inclined to withdraw the instant revisional application as the matter has been settled amicably between the parties. In support of his submission learned advocate for the petitioner has filed a written instruction duly signed by the petitioner namely Anamika Patwari. Let the same be kept with the records.
