85 of 2014 under Section 500 read with Section 120B of the of the Indian Penal Code,1860 pending before the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Haldia, Purba Medinipur.

This case is pending since 2017 but no one represented the petitioner.

Accordingly, CRR 681 of 2017 is dismissed for default. Interim order , if any stands vacated. Consequently, CRAN 1 of 2017 is also disposed of.
